Who Is Flyin For?

Any GAA Player or group of players can get a Flyin Time, no matter what level you starting from. But what’s more important is that you can improve your Flyin Time. Yes, the top players and clubs will compete for the prizes, but the bigger prize is seeing your fitness, focus, and resilience improve over the next 6 weeks

First Prize Individual: €200 ( Male+Female)

Ireland’s Fittest Team : €1000

(Clubs Can Enter Multiple teams of 4)

While the 4 members of the winning team, will win €1000 cash …. The club of the winning team will receive equipment and gear to the value of €1000

  1. Run 4 X 100m – 20 RAM Burpees ( See Video)

  2. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Rolling RAM Pressups( See Video)

  3. Run 4 X 100m – 20 RAM Squat and Press

  4. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Reverse Lunge Alternating

  5. Run 4 X 100m – 20 RAM Tucks

  6. Run 4 X 100m – 20 Single Arm Push Press ( 10 each Arm)

  7. Run 4 X 100m – 20 RAM Half Snatch

  8. Run 4 X 100m – 20 RAM Burpees

It’s Easy To Get Your Flyin time

1)Register For Free Here. (We use Competitive Corner To Manage Our Registrations)

2)Get Yourself the appropriate weight (20kg for the men and 10kg for the U 17s / ladies). If you need a RAM,  you can get one at cost price here

3)Find yourself a 100m uninterrupted run outdoors,Start your clock, and Complete the Flyin Challenge

4)Submit your time

5)If you want, Post your time, message,  and short video on instagram mentioning @flyin.fit and we’ll send you out a free FLYIN T-Shirt

6)Watch the Leaderboard , and submit a new time if you improve

7) Be ready to prove your time when the shutdown ends, at a physical meet up ( TBC pretty soon)

For Teams of 4, you must enter as individuals, and enter the same team name on registration
